An easy to use yet powerful interval timer.

Enter the number of rounds you would like, the work time and rest time and hit Start.

Your work rounds can be further divided into intervals by entering an interval time. For every multiple of an interval during a work round, a whistle will blow. This allows you to change up your work rounds for varying levels of intensity or for different activities.

Settings can be saved and reloaded. Have as many saved as you like.

If you leave the work round at zero, IntervalBuddy works as a lap counting stopwatch.
